Asheville Law Offices is operated by Jennifer Belter Formichella. Jennifer was born and raised on a dairy farm in South Burlington, Vermont and has served the Western North Carolina area since 2002 in a variety of legal areas. She has built a solid reputation for resolving legal issues (simple and complex) efficiently and correctly.

  Jennifer is a graduate of the University of Vermont (where she was an honor student and varsity track athlete) and the prestigious Benjamin N. Cardozo School of Law in New York City. Her legal education and training allowed her to work on a number of beneficial projects including the Innocence Project Clinic using DNA evidence to overturn wrongfully convicted cases. Jennifer is a member of the 28th Judicial District Bar Association and a local volunteer for the Asheville Humane Society.
